You need to be a Mel Brooks fan to get this one...
So we have 2 lurchers - those cross breeds which are part sighthound and part something else. In our Abby's case, the jury is still out on what other breed she was crossed with... but that does not make us love her any less. On the contrary. She's a nut case, of the lovable kind, and perfectly fits in our crazy household.
Last weekend I started on this drawing and completed it this morning. I love looking at her sweet face. This is my 7th drawing and with each piece I am seeing shades and shapes a bit better. I will get there eventually!
